Do not send sensitive data or confidential files in the first email. A suitable channel will be agreed if the project requires such exchanges.
Indirectly sourced prospects
Professional contact details may come from the company website, professional publications, accessible registers, referrals, Airtable, an imported file or, once connected, an identified enrichment provider. Karvanis records the available source and checks that contact is relevant. On first contact, the person is informed of Karvanis’ identity, the commercial purpose and their right to object.
Recipients and providers
Data is accessible to people authorised by Salama Forever SRL and, where necessary, to contractually governed hosting, email, security, backup or technical providers. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own advertising.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Karvanis then checks the applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and relevant supplementary measures.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
Send your request to contact@karvanis.be. Karvanis may request strictly necessary information to verify identity and normally responds within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions
The public website makes no decision that produces legal effects for you. Commercial assumptions and CRM qualification aids remain subject to human review.
Artificial intelligence assistance
When Karvanis activates the Anthropic assistant in its CRM, company search criteria and, at the authorised user’s request, the text of relevant business correspondence and useful commercial context may be sent to Anthropic to prepare an analysis or draft. Attachments are not included. Karvanis reviews suggestions before use; this assistant does not send messages automatically.
